CGS (Clustered Game Servers) is a multi-server platform
under a single operating system using on a single hardware platform
and in a single physical package for achieving performance,
reliability, availability, security and cost effectiveness specific
to the “game” industry.
This is equivalent to putting an entire network of multiple
game servers into a single chassis. The communications link
between servers is no more then a LAN network of 100Mbps or
1Gbps but a processor main board system bus runs at 30Gbps to
60Gbps. Thus, performance increases tremendously. As multiple
servers are replaced by a single hardware platform designed
for reliability and availability, the cost of ownership and
the cost of operations go down drastically. With this highly
integrated and scalable CGS through multiprocessors and clustering
